Order Acceptance & Cancellation – Heinrich Pianos

Before placing an order, please review product details and our Terms and Conditions carefully. By confirming your purchase, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agreed to all policies listed on https://heinrichpianos.com A 5% bank fee applies to all cancellations or refunds.

Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Orders are subject to review and acceptance by Heinrich Pianos. We may request additional information or cancel orders at our discretion. If your order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded to your card—no cash refunds are issued.

Once your order ships, you will receive a dispatch email with the tracking number and estimated delivery date. Please ensure you are available to receive the delivery. (See our Delivery Policy for more details.)

  • Orders placed before 12 PM will be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, or unwanted gifts.

To request cancellation:

  • Log in to your My Account area.

  • Select the relevant order and, if eligible, use the ‘Cancel’ option.

  • Choose a cancellation reason from the dropdown.

  • If cancellation is accepted, you will receive confirmation.

Cancellation Timeframes:

Delivery Type Cancellation Time Frame
Standard (UAE) 1 hour
Premium (UAE) 15 minutes
Standard International 1 hour
Premium International 15 minutes

If cancellation is requested within the applicable window, we will cancel and refund the order, minus a 5% bank fee. If requested after the window, cancellation is not possible. Heinrich Pianos reserves the right to determine whether the request met the time limit.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, minus the 5% bank fee.

  • Credit/Debit Card: Your bank may show the amount as "Pending" or "Reserved" during processing.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days.

  • If you haven’t received your funds after 10 working days, please email info@heinrichpianos.com for support.
