These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases of products and services (“Products” and “Services”) from Heinrich Pianos (“we”, “us”, or “our”) via our website https://heinrichpianos.com. We reserve the right to amend these Terms, our policies, or our product/service offerings at any time without notice.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect orders, or unwanted gifts.
By clicking ‘Confirm Order’ at checkout, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Products/Services. You must provide accurate personal and payment information, including a valid phone number and email.
Order confirmation via email does not constitute acceptance. Orders are accepted only after full payment is received. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund promptly.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you may request a replacement within the applicable notice period. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy for details.
A 5% bank processing fee will be deducted from all cancellations or refunds. Refunds are processed via bank transfer only. For more, see our Order Cancellation policy.
Occasionally, we may offer promotions or promo codes with specific terms (e.g. eligible products, usage limits, and timeframes). Only one code may be used per order.
Promo codes must be entered during checkout and cannot be applied after purchase.

If you're unavailable at the delivery address, the courier will arrange redelivery.
Deliveries may only be left with a third party (e.g., building staff) with your permission.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery to the specified address.
We strive to meet estimated delivery times, but delays due to external factors (e.g., customs, high demand) may occur. We are not liable for such delays but will keep you informed.
